Delivery & Returns

How long before I get my hands on the goods?
Unless stated otherwise most (UK) orders are shipped 2-5 business days after they're received.  

Do you ship international?

Absolutely. For all international carriage we use UK Royal Mail – rates vary by distance and weight. At the checkout you’ll be able to select your country and view the delivery option relevant to your order.

Delivery times obviously vary depending on location or time of year. To be on the safe side, it’s probably best to allow for 10-15 days for overseas deliveries. Please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must also be borne by the recipient. BigJon has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be and is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

What's the return and refund policy?
We understand that there may be the odd occasion where you will need to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).

Please note: You are responsible for covering the returns postage cost.

All Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.

A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.

All returns must be received by Atelier BigJon within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. Credit notes will not be issued after 90 days from receipt of delivery.

Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

My order has arrived damaged, now what?
In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please email jonharvey@bigjon.co.uk
within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund.

Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
